If you contact us by telephone, WhatsApp, email, or Signal, we receive the contact details and information you choose to share. We use it solely to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to provide legal services. Enquiries are handled under strict confidentiality protocols, whether or not an engagement follows.
This website does not require accounts, does not set analytics or advertising cookies, and does not profile visitors. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and delivery of the site.
Pages on this site load fonts from Google Fonts, animation libraries from the Cloudflare CDN, and an embedded Google Map on the contact section. When your browser loads these resources, those providers receive your IP address and may set their own cookies. Their privacy policies govern that processing.
We retain enquiry correspondence only as long as necessary for the purpose it was provided, or as required by our professional and legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you, or to request correction or deletion, contact help@thelawfirm.ae.
